An exciting excursion for the preschool children of the Kita Elementum in Nörten-Hardenberg was on the program in June! A total of 19 small discoverers made their way to the "Forum Knowledge", the latest knowledge museum at the University of Göttingen. With bright eyes and a growling stomach, the children went to the train station after a hearty breakfast, many of them even experienced their first train ride. The path from Nörten-Hardenberg to Göttingen was short, the adventure that she was expecting in the museum.

In the "Forum Knowledge", the preschool children were warmly welcomed by friendly staff. When they entered the first room, the small heads quickly filled up with curious questions. Here they were allowed to solve puzzles, explore a mirrored triangular tube and even build their own houses with colorful building blocks. In addition, the children had the opportunity to try exciting mechanical games and smack in books - a real paradise for inquisitive heads!

After half an hour full of discoveries, the next climax was on the plan: a creative workshop. The children were able to assemble and paint a pyramid of wooden sticks and rubber bands. Some needed a little help to attach the rubber bands, but the daycare team was always on hand and supported. as if the museum was not already exciting enough, a gigantic whale skeleton later waited to be admired. The children appreciated the length of the skeleton - proud 17 meters for a baby whale! After all these experiences, a little breather was announced. So there was a well -deserved picnic on the benches in front of the museum, which was prepared by a loving colleague.
