Borgfeld celebrates: Wine festival inspires thousands in bright sunshine!

On Saturday, June 15, 2025, the time had finally come: The 1st Borgfeld wine festival opened its doors and transformed the town center into a lively meeting point for the community. In bright sunshine and summer temperatures, thousands of Borgfelder celebrated into the night. The event was organized by a large number of committed partners, including the citizens' association, SC Borgfeld, the Borgfelder Schützengilde and TSV Borgfeld.

In total, over 30 stands offered a tempting selection of culinary delights. From exquisite wines from Transylvania, Portugal and Eckelsheim to local specialties, every palate could be spoiled. Friends enjoyed a culinary stroll while the children had an exciting program with pony rides, bungee jumping, a giant slide and a tractor course. It was a real festival for the whole family!

The musical accompaniment of the afternoon was just as diverse and included appearances by six musicians and groups who created a good atmosphere. As part of the wine festival, there was also a tent service that offered the opportunity for reflection and community. The Borgfeld shops contributed to the cheerful atmosphere by losing a Sunday open.

With such a varied offer and the commitment of the clubs, the wine festival was not only able to provide unforgettable hours, but also strengthen the community. This event quickly conquered a place in the heart of the Borgfelder and is of particular importance in the region's event calendar.
