RSC Vegesack inspires with a record -breaking individual time trial!
Panzerstraße zwischen Heilshorn und Garlstedt, Deutschland - cycling has reached a brilliant climax in Bremen! On June 3, 2025, the individual time trial of the RSC Vegesack took place, which was held in the jingle between Heilshorn and Garlstedt. With around 110 participants from a wide variety of age groups, the event was, according to the reports from Success.
The athletes had the exciting opportunity to master a distance over 17 kilometers that catapulted them up to speeds of 65 km/h. The fastest driver of the day was Lars Bartlau from RSC Hildesheim, who came to the finish line with a time of 20: 04.87 minutes - this corresponds to an impressive average speed of over 50 km/h. Other athletes such as Malte Gifte and Felix Rohde also showed outstanding achievements, with Gifte placed 22: 09.67 minutes as the sixth of the elite amateurs.

A gratifying message was the doubling of the reports compared to the previous year, which underlines the popularity of the event. The participation of girls, women and children was particularly moving. The RSC Vegesack could not only look back on strong performance in the competition, but also be proud of its youth group with nine members. The event was raised more professionally, and the approximately 20-member helper, under the direction of Managing Director Siegmund Bulek, ensured a smooth process.
Again and again such events show how alive cycling in Germany is. And the next steps can the fans and participants already look forward to the third edition of the individual time driving, which is planned for August 23 and will surely attract numerous bike fans to Bremen again.
