20 concerts in the Osterholz district: Garden Culture Festival enthusiastic!

Osterholz, Deutschland - In August, the music lovers in the Osterholz district await a special kind of highlight: the 22. Garden culture music festival takes place this year from August 1 to 30 and offers a whopping 40 concerts in 23 cities and municipalities. Under the roof of the Lower Saxony/Bremen municipal association, a varied program for all music tastes is set up.

The festival starts with a kick-off concert on Friday, August 1st, at 7 p.m. in the Ströhe-Spreddig museum facility in Hambergen. Here the Bremer Trio Sax & Schmalz will move the guests in a party mood with a colorful repertoire from Tango, Rock’n’Roll, Swing and Bossanova. And best of all: after the concert there is a guided cultural walk to the Lower Sandhausen Moor, which should also inspire visitors. The cards are available via northwest ticket.

In Schwanewede there are several exciting events: On Sunday, August 3, there is a morning pint with the duo Ladies Ahoi! in the town hall garden. On August 9th, Elisso Gogibedaschwili and Yanjun Chen will be on the stage of the Meyenburg knight's carnival, while the Trio Miyan on August 24th in the cultural studio Lille Hus with the "Suite de Danses" causes musical highlights.

But Lilienthal also has a lot to offer: On August 12, the Bremen Singer songwriter Vüllgraf appears in the Murkens Hof, followed by a Westernhagen tribute show with Mariuzz on August 20. The jazz choir Just Friends will inspire "with a little help from my friends" on August 29th.

in Grasberg will play the bands "The Stereonauts" and "Must B Blues" in rock and soul style on August 23 at 5:30 p.m. Osterholz-Scharmbeck rounds off the festivities with a Celtic concert by Marie’s Wedding Trios on August 23 and the big final concert on August 30 with the band Friday5pm.

For the festival season, an extensive program has also been created in which not only all planned events are listed, but also backgrounds to the artists and the various venues can be found. From the beginning of July, the booklet will be available in town municipalities and can also be charged digitally on the website of the Gartenkultur-Musikfestival

About half of the concerts are free, while for the other events, tickets are available from the respective organizers and the Osterholzer Kreisblatt and northwest-ticket. Thanks to all contributors for this community work, which has made special music experiences in the region every year since 2003.
