Parents in Bremen: Free offer for young families starting soon!

A lot is happening in the area of ​​family support in Bremen! The new offer is particularly pleasing Martinsclub Bremen e. v., which brings a breath of fresh air into the scene with the parent-child program “Growing up together”. From October 13th, parents of children up to three years old can meet every Monday from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the inclusive restaurant Tante Martin, in Torhaus 1 in Walle. This offer focuses on social interaction and exchange.

Here mothers and fathers have the opportunity not only to exchange ideas about the challenges of everyday life, but also to benefit from educational support. The children can play together, sing and experience age-appropriate activities in this protected environment. A good place to socialize!

Diverse offers

The Martinsclub Bremen e. V., founded in 1973, has since developed into one of the largest providers of assistance for the disabled in Bremen. The association pursues a clear mission: inclusion and equality. With over 1,400 employees, it offers a wide range of services, including residential care, school assistance, nursing as well as further training and leisure activities. The parent-child program is just one of many offers.

But not everyone has it easy in everyday family life. For families who find themselves in difficult life situations, the social-educational family assistance (SPFH) offers important support, as the website of the Martins clubs represents. Here families are accompanied in their own home and supported in the event of conflicts or challenges. The Bremen Youth Welfare Office also offers the opportunity to take advantage of this help. If necessary, parents can contact the Office for Social Services directly, which will provide the necessary support.
