Blumenthaler SV starts with a new tactic in the U15 regional league!

The Blumenthaler SV is drawing all the stops for the coming season in the U15 regional league. On August 10, the first point game against HSC Hannover is on the program and preparations are in full swing. The current status was also presented on the motto "Our journey together". Coach Robert Herdzina and his team invited the parents of the 14- and 15-year-old players to discuss the next steps together. Most players travel from Bremerhaven, Delmenhorst, Stuhr and Verden, which shows how far the talents are ready for Blumenthaler SV.

Since July 2, training has been intensively, with almost daily units, to make the team fit for the challenges in the league. Particular attention is paid to the new driving services that are required three to four times a week during the point game operation. This shows how committed the club is behind its players and what logistical challenge the parents have to support.

new strategies and team dynamics

with a double tip in the leadership, whereby Ben Altenburg is strongly integrated into the tactics and formation, a conversion of the game system from 4: 2: 3: 1 to 5: 2: 3: 1 is made. "The focus is on better defensive protection," explains Herdzina. In this decision, valuable assessments of the trainers Denis Spitzer (U19), Riza Avdiji (U17) and painted Tietze (men's team).

Robert Herdzina not only brings a breath of fresh air, but can also look back on two years of coaching experience and a player career in the youth of SV Grohn and Blumenthaler SV as well as in the men's area at TSV Lesum-Burgdamm and Bremer SV. His goal is to shed the opposing defense rows to falter with a liquid switching game that runs above all over the wings. With attackers such as Leon Holz, Destiny Aguene and Marvellous Hochfeld, he has promising talents who have the potential to put competitors under pressure

The game plans are demanding: After the start against HSC Hannover, encounters against strong teams such as VfL Wolfsburg, FC St. Pauli, HSV and Hannover 96. Herdzina also sees a positive challenge in the difficult game schedule and believes in the potential of his team. "We have the best players in the region," he emphasizes with reference to the recent success in the friendly against Eintracht Braunschweig, which could be won 2-1.

The team climate at Blumenthaler SV is perceived as good, not least because 12 of the 24 players come from Blumenthal - and thus bring a piece of home to the team. There is a clear goal for the upcoming season: "Mission Class stay" - that is, to leave at least four teams behind. In order to prepare optimally, the club plans a training camp on August 2 and 3 in Westerstede, supplemented by test games against SC Borgfeld and VfL Oldenburg.

For the Blumenthaler SV, the entire community is behind the team and supports the young talents on their way. It remains to be seen whether the ambitious undertaking will be successful, but one thing is certain: something exciting is happening here and it remains not only for the players, but also for the parents and fans a lot to experience.
