Findorffer village festival: a day full of culture, sport and family action!

Regensburger und Nürnberger Straße, Bremen, Deutschland - The Findorffer village festival is just around the corner and promises a colorful day full of culture and culinary delights. On Sunday, June 29, 2025, the intersection of Regensburger and Nürnberger Straße in Bremen-Findorff will become the center for families, music lovers and sports enthusiasts from 12 noon to 9 p.m. The Association of Findorffer Business People invites everyone to enjoy the varied program and have fun in the heart of the district.

At the opening of the festival at 12 p.m., Marcella Dammrat-Tiefensee, Frank Steinhardt and the Mayor of Bremen Dr. Andreas Bovenschulte greet the guests. The event is moderated by Roland Kanwicher by Bremen-Vier, who will lead visitors through the day.

The stage program is designed by talented artists from Findorff, including the group Turninis and the dance acrobatics of SG Findorff. The highlights of the day are the appearances of the theater course of the Schlachthof cultural center and the Tiahui México dance group. From 5 p.m. the band around Mario Varvarikis will take a mix of blues, reggae and pop before the Flying Soul Toasters end the evening musically.

Particular attention is paid to the children's program. The little ones can look forward to a game area that, among other things, offers face painting, braids, braids and exciting water features with the Lehesterdeich youth fire brigade. For the sports enthusiasts, a presentation of SG Findorff will take place on the district sports facility, supported by active clubs such as ESV Blau-Weiß Bremen and VfL 07 Bremen, which offer numerous sporting actions.

The family flea market, which extends over 250 meters, offers a wealth of bargains and exchange culture with 60 stands. Interested parties can register in the Findorffer wine shop and set up their stand there.

Important note for all visitors: There are no parking spaces on the festival area, so it is recommended to travel by public transport or bicycle. The village festival is not only a great opportunity to experience the local community, but also to discover the Findorff district in its full splendor.

In recent years, the festival has steadily gained popularity. Around 10,000 and 2023 were already counted in 2022 and around 14,000 visitors. In 2024 the number grew to a considerable 17,000. It is expected that numerous guests will visit the festival again this year and enjoy the variety of offers.
