BEGO presents innovative implants: More comfort for dentists!

The innovative power of dentistry is unbroken, and BEGO, the traditional company from Bremen, is raising the level again with its new Semados® RSXPro CC implant line. Drawing on 35 years of experience, the introduction of this tapered internal connection product range promises more than just a technical improvement - it aims to optimize the treatment process for patients and providers. The two managers, Dr. Alexander Faber (Chief Sales Officer) and Steffen Böhm (Chief Product Officer) have agreed to explain the important aspects of these new developments and emphasize the relevance of the corporate culture at BEGO.

The new implant combines the advantages of steep and flat connections and has already received positive feedback from practitioners and universities during a KOL tour. In particular, the handling was described as consistently pleasant. The new technology not only increases the quality of the implants, but also puts patient satisfaction at the forefront. “Made in Germany” remains an essential feature that is firmly anchored in the corporate strategy.

Functional advantages for implantology

An important feature of the RS/RSX-Line is the platform switch of 0.25 mm, which reduces the load peaks in the bone at the marginal edge of the bone. This means that the biomechanically favorable positioning not only extends the lifespan of the implants, but also greatly improves the chances of the bone healing. The jump in diameter causes the transmitted force to penetrate deeper into the bone, which leads to relief at the edge of the bone. However, this technique is only effective when the bone height reaches the platform switching level, which requires precise work.

When it comes to developing innovative techniques, the latest advances in dental implant technology are 3D printing and AI. Loud Excelentis Products developed through digital technologies are not only more precise, but also more cost-effective. CAD/CAM systems can achieve 99.2% accuracy in individual implant planning, while 3D printed drilling guides offer an accuracy of 0.1 mm.

The future in sight

The direction in which implantology is moving is clear: materials and processes are becoming increasingly intelligent. Implants with biosensors are just the tip of the iceberg. Healing times are expected to be reduced to 6-8 weeks with advanced systems, while the success rate of new procedures increases to 98.8% - a major gain compared to traditional methods. BEGO is not just a part of this change, but a pioneer that is constantly working to improve treatment offerings.

Employee identification offers additional security for the practitioners and ultimately the patients. The fact that many of them have been with the company for decades creates a relationship of trust that extends across all areas. Building changes and new innovation approaches continue to be discussed together, and ongoing visits with practitioners ensure regular feedback.

BEGO's comprehensive guarantee, which also covers treatment costs, shows that they have also given thought to the financial side of things. And so developers are getting ready to move into the future of implantology with an approach to external geometry and surgery that could raise the standard yet again.

The new implants from Bremen are synonymous with quality, innovation and reliability. BEGO clearly shows that 35 years of experience and continuous improvement are not empty promises.
