The property extends over more than 1200 square meters, while the usable area is around 900 square meters.

The planned equipment of the new building is impressive: in addition to an elevator, there is a photovoltaic system on the roof, which underlines the project's environmentally conscious approach. The Johanniter, who are also active at the Kapän-Dallmann-Straße day care center, is responsible for the sponsorship, which already operates a well-established children's and family center in Blumenthal. The importance of the new daycare center

The estimated costs amount to 270,000 euros for the outdoor area and the initial equipment, while for the company in the first year, including staff and rent, 461,000 euros are planned.
