Pure excitement: Where will the big Quiz-Attention take place on October 4th?

On Saturday, October 4th, 2025, a new edition of “A Very Good Quiz” will be shown on ProSieben. The show, which is led by the popular presenter duo Joko Winterscheidt and Klaas Heufer-Umlauf, is not only an entertaining quiz format, but also a real winner: viewers have the chance to win 100,000 euros.

The special thing about this popular quiz show is that it is broadcast at secret locations in Germany. These locations remain a mystery until the day of broadcast, which increases the excitement for viewers. In the past few weeks the show has already taken place in the inland port of Duisburg and in a discotheque in the greater Passau area. Secret location management

Lighting doubles were wanted in Bremen and Leipzig for the edition on October 4th, but applications are now closed. The fee for the lighting doubles is 145 euros. In a live video, Joko Winterscheidt explained that the originally planned location was canceled at short notice and that they are looking for a new location, but it will not be in Leipzig. Surprisingly, the show will take place today in Unterföhring, where the ProSieben TV studios are located. The quiz stage has already been set up there, and viewers will only find out the exact location of the show at the start of the broadcast at 8:15 p.m. on ProSieben.

“A very good quiz” is an innovative live quiz format in which three candidates have to answer 25 questions. Each correct answer brings the team a little further, while incorrect answers result in a member being eliminated. Whoever answers the last question correctly in the final can look forward to winning 100,000 euros - an incentive that attracts many participants and spectators. The format was already part of Joko and Klaas' 24-hour marathon in 2024 and has enjoyed increasing popularity since then.

Joko Winterscheidt, born on January 13, 1979 in Mönchengladbach, is not only a presenter, but also a producer and entrepreneur. He started his career at MTV, while Klaas Heufer-Umlauf, born in 1983 and raised in Oldenburg, also has a multifaceted career as a presenter, actor and musician. The two have been working together since the late 2000s and have secured a permanent place for themselves in the German television landscape.

The new season of the quiz format began on September 20, 2025 and the ratings also show that interest in the format is unbroken. The quoted market shares range between 11.6 and 16.3 percent, which underlines the great popularity of the show. Viewers can also look forward to the next episode on October 11, 2025, which will also be broadcast on ProSieben at 8:15 p.m.
