Exciting mix: MTV Hohenkirchen impresses at the third mixed tournament!
On Saturday, August 31, 2024, the MTV Hohenkirchen tennis facility was transformed into a lively arena for the club's third mixed tournament. Tournament director Thorsten Csikos was enthusiastic about the 14 fairly competitive games and the high number of participants who jostled for the coveted places on the courts. NWZonline reports that waiting list requests were even received for both age groups, which shows that the event is very popular with tennis players.
Due to limited space, a maximum of 14 encounters per day were possible. In fact, the tournament ended just four minutes later than planned, a sign of the efficient organization and the great enthusiasm of the participants. Csikos, who has already accepted the first registrations for the fourth mixed tournament, was pleased with the positive response.
